QUALITY
APPROACH

Since its creation in 2004, the HB Technologies board has adopted a quality approach with as strategic objective “Becoming a partner of excellence for institutions and companies in providing smart cards-based solutions in a timely manner”. These solutions must meet the normative, regulatory and legal requirements by integrating also our clients’ specific demands and personalization.

Three main axes were thus determined:

  • Banking Solutions
  • Mobile and fixed telecommunications solutions
  • Identification solutions

The process implementation within HB Technologies has therefore considered this strategic vision of its board defining quality objectives while setting up an operational organization whose missions are to achieve the certification of its quality management system according to ISO 9001 as well as the deployment of its facilities and the development of its products and services according to the normative requirements namely Mastercard, and Visa for banking and GSMA - SAS for Telecom.
